I remember when I was younger, I _really_ struggled with maths. So since I was homeschooled, what me and my mom would do is if I just couldn't understand the maths I was doing, we would just leave it for some days, weeks, even months sometimes. Then, eventually, we would get the maths book back out and try again. And believe it or not-I was able to do the things that I couldn't understand previously, no problem! Just proves how important breaks are. I learned more when I was not studying than when I was!

Yeah taking a break is really important. it is very effective to me when i was practicing guitar.

For me so far only animedoro(40/20) has worked except in breaks i would only watch new episodes or read atomic habit

I tried animedoro too but it's addictive , a 20 min break becomes of 2hrs especially for shonen like Naruto
