Hi. Do most caregivers usually have records already of TB and chest xray and if not, does the caregiver pay for their own testing?

Hello, Coach Michele! Do you already have a video about the PROS and CONS of employee vs. contractors? I currently work for a personal care agency as a Case Manager (learning the business on the side to open my own), and this agency hires contractors only. @IAMCOACHMICHELE
