Thats the most fucking sence ive ever heard anybody talk about bodybuilding in the history of bodybuilding . Thsi guy is a beacon of realness . Certainly made me change my game as regard to bench posture and i actually took 90lbs off my bench but my chest is bigger and more defined than ever . I was training my entire body 3 days a week and man it was really wearing me down to the point of where I didn’t feel like I was even getting a good workout in on my third day. Both of my parents have been in bodybuilding for their entire lives and I started focusing on individual body parts each time i train and I have noticed a world of difference. This dudes channel is incredible not even just his tips and visuals in proper lifting, but his inspirational words and knowledge! 🙏🙏🤘🤘

It's funny how everybody has varying experiences of different workout plans. I did every type of routine since I was 10 and I'm 46 now.....but now I am experiencing the best results from doing whole body workouts 3 days a week 🤣🤣

I've been a mason tender 45 years and development shoulder pain resulting in a doctor wanting to perform a rotator cuff replacement. I declined and started adding rear delts in the equation. The pain is gone. I'm still going strong at 62 standing 6'8 at 300lbs. Never stop till you drop 💀 great advice for a new subscriber. Thank you ✌️

100% agree about finding your way on something and staying with it and staying CONSISTENT with it. I think there is waaaaay to many ppl out here trying to reinvent the wheel. Find what works for you and stay with that!!!!

I've learnt so much from watching your videos Mike. One tip that really stuck with me was really focusing on grabbing my lats on widegrip pulldowns, prior to the movement. Its something I really like focusing on now, rather than just trying to pull the heaviest weight I can. Always appreciate your wealth of knowlegde!

Great content always. Love the advice. I’m 50 next month, started lifting in 9th grade. I wish I got advice like this when I was a kid- probably would have saved who-knows-how-many injuries from doing things somebody’s ‘right’ way even though it never felt right to me. Bottom line now- I do what I connect with and when that stops working, or if I can’t connect with it, I change it up. Always great advice from this guy. Ryan Humiston has a good channel, too.

I have to show this to the dbag trainer at my gym-he made a stink hen I was doing lower and mid range laterals. He got all emotional too-I wasn’t hurting myself I felt the activation the whole way through the movement and seen results.

I really enjoy competition at the gym even if there is none, like if I see someone who is going hard af on his routine and is clearly taking it seriously, I want to match that energy, it motivates me, and I will be honest, sometimes I enter the gym and I don't feel like being there, but having a person who is just putting their soul and spirit into a routine just gives me that second wind to be like; UKW, F IT, lets goooooooo!

There’s always that one kid that comes up and grabs the 50s and starts cranking out side laterals when I’m sitting there with the 20s and using great form and really concentrating on working the specific muscle I’m working
