Do this workout every day in 2022 and you are guaranteed to be in great shape! I put together this high-intensity interval training program myself, it lasts 10 minutes and is very effective! You work in a 30 second workout/10 second rest cycle. Total of 15 exercises. If you find any exercise difficult, you can always make it easier (for example doing push-ups from your knees and not from your feet).
You can do it at any time of the day, but it is better to do it in the morning so that you speed up your metabolism for the whole day and your body continues to burn subcutaneous fat.
Don't forget that training is only one part of the process on your way to success, whether it's gaining muscle mass, burning fat or building an aesthetic body! The most important thing is always Nutrition!
