Hi, do you have any advice for those times you start playing again after a few days break? Suppose one uses to practice every day but then you have to stop 3-5 days because you get a flu or you might have to travel for work and so on. I got my braces a few months ago and I have been playing for 2 years. It’s basically like you have to restart but you only restart your positioning and the way you play.
