I used to start work at 7am. My body naturally took me to bed at 18.30 and I was asleep before 9pm on work nights. I felt amazing back then!

lol I used to work from 7am -5 or 6pm. Then out on the bike until near midnight. Audax most weekends cycling all night on 300 ,400 & 600km events. Even with midweek Audax perms till late at night back at work for 7am.Mind you I was only 36-46 years old back then in 1995 - 2005 ish. Wish I could still do that now I'm going on 66.
