What gives the setup an edge? It's the sum of all the moving parts that creates an advantage.
In our case, it's the combination of the nature of the upward move, exhaustion before the pennant break, and weak hands chasing the market at increasingly higher prices. All of these factors result in a vulnerable position to the downside.
Now, it's about integrating the short-term order flow concept at the lows of that pennant to target that weak positioning. As we approach the lows, notice the increase in pace on the price ladder. As the pace accelerates, you can confidently leverage into the trade.
