0:00 How to help dissolve gallstones
0:28 What causes gallstones?
1:00 Two natural gallstone remedies
2:08 What can increase your risk of gallstones?
Today we’re going to talk about two things that can help dissolve gallstones. If you just have one or two stones, you may want to consider giving these natural remedies for gallstones a try.
Gallstones are caused by supersaturated cholesterol with a bile deficiency. It’s not a high level of cholesterol that causes gallstones. Instead, it’s a superconcentrated amount of cholesterol with a lack of bile salts. Bile salts can help keep the cholesterol from saturating and forming crystals.
2 things to help dissolve gallstones:
1. Omega-3 fatty acids
(Polyunsaturated fatty acids)
Fish oils can help decrease biliary saturation of cholesterol, and therefore decrease the risk of gallstones. Cod liver oil may be the best option because it also has vitamin A and vitamin D.
2. Purified bile salts
Your body makes bile salts. You can also get bile salts in supplement form. Bile salts can potentially dissolve stones and decrease crystal formation.
These things in high amounts can potentially increase your risk of getting gallstones:
1. Insulin
Remedy: Cut down your carbs
2. Cortisol
Remedy: Cut down your stress
3. Estrogen
Remedy: Handle any type of estrogen dominance situation

Your gall bladder formula saved me! I was having attacks for a while, thought I was having a heart attack, the pain is horrific! I got almost immediate relief when I watched your video on how to massage the left side where the pancreas is located. I did the massage and got relief from the pain within minutes and then it subsided altogether within an hour. I then ordered your gall bladder formula and have been taking it with meals. Phew! Hopefully with a good low carb diet and your supplement, I'll be good to go and not have to have surgery. Thank you!

Thing with that you would have had large stones that cant be dissolved and way too many of them so surgery is the only option as doctors do not jump straight to gallbladder removal its always a last resort and for those who are affected daily with them and most people dont have symptoms (im going through it now have been for 8 years and if doctors say it needs removing it has to be removed since it can cause gangrene , bowel cancer and sepsis)

Thank you for your very informative videos. I was diagnosed with gallstones about 2 years ago. They were about 5km so I guess quite small. My GP advised me to cut sugar from my diet which I did and within a short period of time noticed a reduction in symptoms. This prompted me to look deeper into my diet and I came across keto. Since then I have never felt better and I have no symptoms from my gallstones at all. I have lost about 30 pounds and reduced 1-2 dress sizes. 😃

I tried using digestive enzymes with ox bile salts and another without ox bile salts. They seemed to help some but then I had heartburn and sometimes more stomach pain. I've been using Bragg's acv in water 2 tbsp to 32 oz of water and drink it throughout the day and switch off with reg water. I have also found that parsley tea helps me a lot for pain. But I'm not eating much meat right now because it flares up everything. I'm eating more fiber from plants and want to start to reintroduce meats slowly. I hope this helps anyone having gallstones or sludge to help.

Gallstones are formed when bile concentrates in the gallbladder through lack of natural flushing as in low fat and yes, high oxcylate diets. They sit there growing undetected until the person decides on low carb high fat diet approach suddenly bile is required and the problems manifest. This is well documented. But yes they grow from cholesterol and oxcylate depositing as sludge initially but the problems began through lack of movement of bile in the first place.

I had gallstones for years, all the doctors told me to remove the gallbladder, but I refused One time the pain started, I took analgesic pills, and there was no water near me, so I drank from soda water directly, bursts and felt comfortable. I continued to drink, and the pain gradually disappeared. I stayed for months. I continued to drink soft water and soft drinks except for Pepsi and Coca-Cola. After seven months, the doctor told me that gallstones I disappeared completely, I did not understand the relationship frankly, but I am now fine

@Dianne Lo I totally agree with you but during an attack it would be nice to have the stones out and then fix your bile later. The only option "they" give you during an attack is take it out, which of course is not the correct answer. I have used Dr Berg's products and they are great. I also think the problem is a vitamin/amino/mineral deficiency and poor diet.

Even if you could, this would be very complimentary to any care you could receive in todays' idiocracy. Try to heal yourself and be healthy but if it is beyond what you can do then remember, they can NOT refuse care at the E.R. And they aren't actually idiots, more like a cooperatocracy. Maybe a little of both. With one part genius. So, that save them in my book. Okay, I gotta go before I get myself assassinated. Peace.
