Good times. You ever think about how things are cool, then they become cringe in retrospective, and then they become cool again with more time? Minecraft would be the prime example of this. You guys remember those, like, 5 years Minecraft had a terrible reputation as a cringe game? I do. Then it just kind of came back. And now it's thriving more than ever. Funny how that happens. Anyways, about getting better, I don't really believe you can if you're the type of person to watch a video like this. Okay sorry. That was mean. Maybe you can. That open map tip actually is the one I use the most. Edit : Nightmare was vip like Ethan during invitation to wine in my team, because for some reason, her nightmare effect (which is useless anywhere else) basically counted as millions of hit per second (perhaps not), which made that those annoying thing that must be hit a certain number of times by art damages, just died in a second. Then she just disappeared from my team.

Welp, I think Mr. SUPAH provided some interesting tips on how to improve on the game like with the tiles thing (besides saying that we suffer from "skill issues" a gazillion times) On my humble opinion as a rookie player, it's fine to not play on Godlike mode with all the pause-deploy bs (you guys admire Dio way too much). Just keep at it and take note of the things you can do better. Who knows, maybe in the future we can clear stages without relying onto guides and develop our own strategies :)

I rarely watch guides. And because almost every guide i have ever watched has used several low rarity operators that i have never and will never build, such as myrtle and cuora, i can't follow them anyway, so i usually just steal the high tier operator spot.

Me literally not reading guides and finding my own strategy using the battle plans we get to test out a strategy before using sanity. (Honestly this is a good tip to do when you really aren't sure and need to try something out and experiment. There have been 2 levels so far I've dumped a dozen BP to figure out what to use and where to place my OPS. ) So far now, I just need to grind my units to Elite2 level 15. Otherwise I will die.

Also a hot take because I have a good amount of those: I don’t think every operator needs to be this incredibly good unit in the game to be useful. Some operators should just be fun to use. And that’s what I mainly play games for and what their original meaning was before this era of super competitiveness: fun to play. I’ve built Bena because she is fun to play with and I haven’t built Myrtle because she isn’t fun to play with.

I am glad this video had some useful information. I have been playing for three days currently. I watched a few videos before this. The videos literally were inferior to what I am doing to level up. I farmed 1-1 for the blue things you use for upgrading units. I gradually improved my units and strategy through 3 staring every level. I did not skip any of the story and tutorial dialogue. I gradually improved my team in the survival missions eventually getting over 250/400 kills. Fang is the key for me getting to 250 since you get points allowing you to summon more units. I leveled units that I was doing well with. I do have a question about the information in your video. How do you get the vouchers needed to tier up your units allowing for higher levels? I think that is what you referred to as E1 and E2.

Progress in the story. Farming 1-1 is pretty bad when you have dedicated xp farming stages later on.

I plan to E1 Frankie since slow + her just destroys bulky enemies better than any other unit I have at this point in the game. I replaced the 1-1 farm with a later story level which gives 1,000 of the blue certificates

Strengthening your units is extremely inefficient like this. You should unlock the dedicated xp and blue cards (LMD) farming stages. Also, start working on the base which is extremely important for that.

@@SUPAH_SUPAH_SUPAH I already started working on my base a bit. I will push the LMD stages like you recommend. Sounds like it is better than the 1,100 LMD for 9 Energy I am currently getting. I chose Beagle my tank as my first E1. I planned on Franka being my first though it seems one of the items I need will require some progression before I can get them.

@@SUPAH_SUPAH_SUPAH Those stages you recommended turned out to be quite a bit more efficient for both +unit experience and LMD farming. To push to stage 4 I will require some higher levels and/or better units. I have a good roster to pick from including 2 6 star which is a duplicate, a magic/ranged unit who slows and costs 14 to bring to the field. That unit and Franka which is a high damage melee with some bulk for 16 cost are a good combo for bulky units.
