I think one of THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS someone can do, who is battling with a lack of self-love and internal dialogue that isn't supportive is this: obsessively listen to mentors like this. When you're at work, when you're washing the dishes, when you're walking to the train, when you're on the train, when you're in the car, when you're at the beach...seriously if you always have these positive people talking in your ear...it will replace the negative inner dialogue you have going on in your head, at least while you're listening. The hope is that eventually this will become your habitual go-to to shut out that negativity. And then you'll be programming through repetition these useful tools, suggestions, stories of courage and determination, so that eventually, with time...you'll start to realize the potential for yourself.

If you find yourself not motivated to get started. Emotionally connect with your goals. If you visualize the feeling of reaching your goal and see it before you, it WILL motivate you to push further and make it MUCH easier to do so. Get real specific, the joy inside of you when it happens, the people congratulating you, the things you can give back to your family. Be imaginative! That's how I stay motivated. Thank you so much for this incredible interview! I just shared it with friends and family. Sometimes you come across something that you know will just continue to IMPACT you and leave you better. I had to keep stopping it just to record my thoughts and write something down. Here are just a few of the many gems of #greatness I found!! 1. Awareness plus Action equals Transformation. 2. Self-care is your responsibility to your Future. 3. Gratitude Prayer: "Thank you for giving me a body that follows my command." 4. Don't do things to be popular, do things to be impactful. 5. YOU are a unique, unrepeatable miracle. 6. Your conviction and your convenience don't live on the same block. 7. BEFORE you check any response on social media, you first like YOU. Then everybody else's "likes" is optional. 8. Self-love is the Soil, Self-Action is the water and light you give the seeds of your possibility. 9. Hold me accountable to where I'm going. I'm enough in this moment. HOWEVER, shame on me if I'm here in 5 years. 10. Action is the Antidote to Despair. 11. Your life doesn't belong to just you; it belongs to the people who are going to cross your path. 12. The Sandwich Effect. (I LOVE this - especially during Coronavirus) Sandwich the ugly with possibility. Example: First, we are going to get through this. We are going to be a better human race because of this. Now this might hurt a little bit... (etc, etc) But I'm honored to sit with you as your brother. I'm honored to co-create what the future looks like. I'm honored to be on the planet the same time as you. This is the beginning not the end; MORE TO COME. 13. There's a whole universe conspiring on my behalf. I do good and I believe in good and I want to bring good so the Universe is setting things up to support me because I'm operating in alliance with the calling on my life. I WOKE UP WITH THAT AWARENESS. Then my day started. 14. Your mindset is birthing your experience. 15. You cannot have a life in the castle with a mindset in the doghouse. 16. Your life is a physical manifestation of the conversation going on in your head. 17. Fail Forward. 18. We don't play and think outside the box; we realize there was never a box to begin with. I love this interview. YANA. Love that definition of self-love. Love yourself where you are, but also love yourself enough to grow into a better version of yourself. I think we’re here to learn something and to better ourselves spiritually. That’s hard to do without also bettering ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically.
