Including myself trauma and anxiety have affected in many ways that's how I ended up in the shelter which is awful and defective!!! Know body in this universe don't deserve to be in the shelter at all because we have worth and value etc....as for me I need help I shouldn't be living with unhealthy folks I'm not trying to discriminate anyone I'm just being honest and frankly I deserve better etc......

The key I've personally found to healing trauma and negative energy is to completely change my perspective on what is ACTUALLY is. The key I've found is to not see trauma as "negative" or "something wrong" but simply an energy that's in my field that's out of alignment with who I'm becoming. This creates separation between me and the reactive pattern and and supports me to step into my manifestation power and True Peace. Great video Lewis ! Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day ! Much Love 🙏

I personally made the conscious decision not to have children due to the emotional baggage I was carrying. I just knew that I could not continue passing it on . It had to stop with me. That's amazing. In the world of infinite possibilities, if you decided to have children, I believe you a CAN be good enough to be a parent despite what you been through. Your past does not have to determine your future. Don't let limited belief systems hold you back to amazing experiences of life. Whatever you didn't get as as child, flip it to positive and use it as your affirmation(s). Good luck on your healing journey. ❤

As a person of color and a woman, I was always made to feel, and in some instances told I do not belong… Even in Spiritual and Metaphysical earthly circles. This interview was informative, encouraging and insightful. Thank you Dr. Buque✨🙏🏽✨. Thank you Honorary Professor Howe✨🙏🏽✨. Healing is a multi layered as well as a multi Dimensional process. As a person w/a mood disorder diagnosis I greatly favor being referred to as a person managing a mood disorder. Disorder is a bump in the road. Disease & illness are both things that sound like defects, like I am broken, like I am a disease. I'm a person with graduate level education who works in corporate America earning close to my six figure goal. I am high functioning and want to be a person first, then someone managing a disorder. It is a challenge I chose how to manage. I am not a disorder and it is not a definition of me or my identity. Woo-hoo! TY Mariel & Lewis for being respectful of how to discuss mental diagnosis labels. Thank you both for caring about this. 🙏🏼

I’ve always had the feeling that i was paying for the mistakes of my parents in my life. Nothing else ever made since to me since I’ve always tried to be a good person and been good to others. My mother went through a turbulent pregnancy with me full of violence causing my premature birth and life long health problems. I completely resonate with all of whats being said. I myself have lived a life of complex trama over n over and being a talented artist unable to to use the gifts I’ve been given and merrily surviving and taking things one moment at a time and can make no real plans for the future. My story and that of my bloodline being pretty extreme and wonder how I’ve managed to push forward. I still have healing to do within myself before i can help others heal as a certified holistic healer. I am grateful to have come across this today

yourself from the illusion of fear. Can you remember a time when you felt truly fearless? When you knew, without a doubt, that the world was safe? Can you ever remember feeling completely liberated from the undercurrent of discontent, anxiety, or suffering that’s so prevalent in modern life. For the average person, consistently experiencing that kind of freedom sounds like wishful thinking. Life’s hardships can create a sense of foreboding that’s hard to shake. But the truth is that most fears and anxieties are really just paper tigers. Paper tigers are the thoughts and experiences that conjure up dread, but that don’t present any real danger. Missed deadlines, traffic jams, conflict with a loved one, and arguments with the boss create the same physiological responses in the human body that our ancestors experienced when they were stalked by predators on the plains. In the modern world, however, those responses are unwarranted. They’re neurological “misfires” that wreak havoc on our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, all in awellbeing, all in an effort to keep us “safe.”

Solution to treat Trauma permanently: Better living conditions ( change environment to better then present condition), Better pay which will give one’s better choices , and that your input at work is recognised and valued, The opportunity to travel around the world, Being sympathetic ( there is an increased awareness on sympathy but the problem is Society is trained to be judgmental and less rational, we trained to take things at face value without digging deeper as result we develop a cold response towards others. And in regards family Please if they don’t celebrate your best then let them go.
