remove the rib cage, fins and pin bones. its an extra step but makes eating much easier and enjoyable.

Mackerel is so healthy with a lot of healthy fat. Why destroying that with frying it in THAT much oil? It could easily fry in its own oil if the cook is not hasty, just 10 to 12 minutes.

@@tomatoskitchen Sure, u can say that again. I'm just learning as well. TBH ur fish looks and I'm sure tastes so delicious and beautiful but the healthier the better. (I do recommend using an air-fryer with no oil added.) BTW, thanks for ur response. 🍀
