I guess I'm just crazy but I cannot adjust to this mic you've been using for the past year. Seems extra tinny or something.

I get stuff that makes my phone speaker sound really trebly. Not on Justin's videos more than others, but headphones vs speaker is a huge difference on some videos. I usually solve this by covering the speaker grill a bit, and it gets rid of the treble and adds some low end. (My phone does not have great sound. I realize you're talking about the mic sound itself. It's a quick fix for treble, it might work to quick-fix the tinny sound you hear in the mic?) Anyway take care, and have a great rest of your day/night. ❤️✌️ Anyway, enough from the peanut gallery, right?

Justin … it sounds like an overdose of 1kHz…. I’ve noticed it too, especially on headphones.

I agree - very tinny through my headphones

What a great learning tool to help develop the ears.

Thank you so much, Justin! I just naturally gravitated to tabbing out songs (for bass and guitar). How else was I going to remember the details of the songs? But I was always surprised by the number of people who never used tabs. Why? In any case, now that you've explained the case for tabs, I am relieved, and also encouraged to keep doing much more of it. Thank You!

Justin, can you do a lesson for slow cheetah? It's such a simple riff, really easy for beginners and it sounds amazing but the tutorials I found on KZbin aren't as good as yours.

Everyone's brain works differently, but for some, me included, I find it almost impossible to learn anything unless I write it out myself. I can't explain why. A musician I know once suggested that perhaps it was because I was more visual. There might be something in that.

I'm completely the same. Could be wrong, but I think this is kinesthetic learning. You attach a physical movement to the thing and it helps it go into your long term memory.

@@davedavem I think there's something in that, we all have different learning preferences, so for us, we just happen to fall into that camp.

Hi Justin, I really want to purchase your app but I don’t want to subscribe, i just want to make a one off payment, what ever the price is. Is there a chance in the future you could make your app on istore have an option with a one off payment even if it does not have as many features as those who have the subscription version?
