You know I used to think I’m ugly and fat I still do but the more I look in a mirror and tell myself what I think looks pretty that number gets higher now it’s only moments where I have my hair up or down when I think I’m ugly I told myself I’m fat and I made jokes about it and all but when I was alone I cried about being fat but then it doesn’t matter as long as I’m healthy being fat doesn’t do anything and being fat helps me in many ways one i don’t get cold in cold places really and it gives me extra Energy when I feel like I don’t have any you get to chose what you think about yourself you can go to the gym everyday but what would that do? would you enjoy the out come if you feel comfortable in you body dont listen to what others say you know that when I was 6-10 I didn’t care what others said about me I was me I was cringe but did I care no bc I didn’t let others words get to me I just told myself that I’m a beautiful human being and it change bc I let others words be what I think I hope this helped at least one person I know you hear this a lot but YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL EVERYONE IS EVERYONE IS UNIQUE IN THEIR OWN WAY DOWN LET OTHERS WORD BE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT YOURSELF PROVE THEM WRONG BC PEOPLE TELL YOU THAT SO THEY CAN FEEL BETTER OF THEMSELVES THEY ARE USALLY JUST LIKE YOU SO DONT LISTEN TO THEM hope you have a good day! ❤️

And another thing that really burns me up is when people use the line “you’re just fishing for compliments“ and I say no,,, when I say I am ugly it’s because I really am not because I want people to lie to me and tell me I’m not that would just upset me even more and is extremely offensive because if a person was very good looking there would be absolutely no points for reason to fish for compliments because they would be finding out by everyone around them just how attractive they are you would not have to fish for something that comes to them so freely without having to reach for it but again I can only speak for myself on this matter

Kyle Leenard+ yes but the mirror is not your human eyes, it shows your face reversed which means when you look in the mirror, that’s not the real you. In the mirror is a reflection, it’s not how others see you at all. Even you can use your common sense to admit that the mirror is wrong if you want to know how others look at you. Camera lens show you how other people see you, but they don’t catch on your features that make you look more attractive so that’s why you appear better in the mirror. The mirror is more accurate is describing how you look like but what you see with your own eyes is not what others see. You can never exactly tell what others see, so don’t try to prove me wrong because you know it’s the truth and it’s fine to accept it.

I hate it when people try to make me feel better about myself, and it’s always the beautiful people. I’m ugly and I believe I’m worthless. I don’t believe it when people say I’m beautiful or cute, I feel that they’re all lying out of sympathy. I don’t know how anyone could see me and think I’m beautiful. I hate it so much. I would never kill my self but the feeling of what it would be like lingers in my head like a terrible dream. I cry everytime I think about myself. Because I can’t get my head out of the thought of being useless and ugly and I know that I’ll never feel beautiful. And there’s no way to tell anyone. Even if I do all I get is the same response of “You’re not ugly.” Or “Don’t say that about yourself, if anything I’m the ugly one.” When all I know are beautiful people with empty promises I already make for myself. I hate it. And I hate myself so much. I use to be so depressed and anxious and the fact that it’s getting better makes me hate myself even more because I don’t think I deserve to feel happiness. I feel worthless and hate myself even more when people say I’m beautiful. I don’t hurt myself and don’t plan on it. I always say I should work out, or that I’ll do this or that to get better but I’m lazy. I know that I’ll never do it and don’t even feel the need to get out of bed because I feel I don’t deserve to. I hate it so much and I cry everytime I tell myself that. When people like her say it’s because we want to look like celebrities or feel the need to look like someone else they aren’t always right, some people grow up thinking they’re ugly. They don’t all want to be famous and beautiful. Many just want to feel accepted but know they can never feel that way with how they look or think they look. They may want to look prettier but many want to be able to think they’re beautiful or have the confidence to work on what they think is the problem but with all that’s going on with us we know we can’t do it.

Girl let me tell you i have been there and sometimes i still feel like that. It sucks to feel that way because yoi feel like you are lacking and you are not Good enough or beautiful enough. But please no matter you do try to build yourself up and uplift yourself instead of bringing yourself down. You deserve to feel self love and you deserve much better as well. I feel so sad today, I never thought of my appearance that much, but when my classmate on the bus told me “hey, did anybody tell you that you looked ugly.” I was so shocked and my chest started to tighten up and I could feel my tears already. I sometimes wish I could magically combine all the knowledge I have acquired, with all of the experiences I have lived through....but retain the general attitude of IDGAF I had when I was 7 years old. I rode my bike, i sprinted and yelled after the ice cream truck, I dug up worms, I ruled the land of my backyard and never looked in the mirror with a negative thought about myself. Many things happen to us psychologically, emotionally and physically after puberty, leaving *some* of us, abusive monsters towards ourselves. My cousin told me I blended in with a stick. My skin is brown. This girl told me that my skin is crusty. I have eczema. This other girl told me my make up was "interesting". I just wanted to feel beautiful. My "friends" said I was too sensitive to things. They had previously hurt my psyche. Now I hide my whole ugly self and what I feel. I am ugly inside and out and no matter how many times my family will reasure me that I am beautiful, I will always continue to think this horrible way. insert guy in underwear with rubber chicken - "love yourself! accept yourself!"

The thing is, people say you don't have to look beautiful to be beautiful but what if your ugly inside as much as you are outside. What if you hate every fiber of yourself and not just appearance wise. What then?

First off, I'm pretty sure people don't mean organs when they talk about the inside beauty, but rather their personality. Second the organs of a body are not messy at all the inner body is a beautiful and stunning system.

one time my friend called me ugly, and i laughed, but the way she looked at me just felt like she meant it. it really hurt but if i told her it hurt, she would call me sensitive and start saying other things :(
