I have been in business for 7 years now and I still get nervous. Not because of my product or the event itself. I get nervous because I go above and beyond to give my customers an amazing experience, so I'm on stage. Once the event starts, it's "showtime." I hand craft every dog and sausage, so they are looking at me almost the entire time there in line, but I absolutely love it and only last about the first 30 minutes after that it's sooth sailing. My husband starts the music and we enjoy ourselves. 😅

24 years vending, past 3 have been full time. I also get nervous over the first big event. It’s especially difficult after a slow winter. I just do my best… and make lots of lists! Shop, things to do, things to take as I leave the house…

Hi Mike, what I have found that works for me is to have list, positive self-talk, humming and I use visualization(focus on the best possible outcome) and of course, as you have mentioned , first I pray and continue to let it go and Let it Go.....

Not really I get nervous only when others sell the same thing and there are too many trucks showing up. If I realized that I paid a lot of money and the weather is questionable or I never did that event before sometime uncertainty creeps up but it's not the type of nervousness that makes my stomach hurt or get butterflies. It's more like anxiety trying to control the outcome of the event. You already know everyone will sell lemonade and hotdogs but will there be enough peaple for all that is the question
