Definitely a fleet. I've had to correct a few people when they referred to mine as a collection, yes, some of them have a very nice paint job but when the weather breaks "Grandpa's H" is the first one in the field. This year I'm experimenting with 20 acres (4 separate fields) and all the work has been done with letter series Farmall tractors. I have four different tractors set up with mounted cultivators, when the time comes "team red" can knock it out quickly.
@reviewsfromtheroadcrews872 Жыл бұрын
@ Farming for Fun and Profit I have enough other projects that are on record that I really like having open station tractor time without the electronic leashes. A podcast, three channels, as well as training videos have me in front of a camera more than I care to. Open station tractor time has electronics limited to an AM radio on the fender (because what's more fitting than listening to the Cubs while running a Cub).

That is quite a fleet. When I saw the lineup I worried you were doing an auction! Lol. That space at the end I'd fill with an 806 as that's what we had on the farm when I was a kid, pulling a five bottom fast hitch plow. My four tractor fleet and implements are all 1950s vintage too. Farming older equipment you can afford to have a few backups when one is down chasing parts. The guys who spend all their cash on newer bank loan tractors can't afford backups. Almost time to put corn in the ground for me.
@neilkratzer3182 Жыл бұрын
You brought back some memories about cuktivating in central PA. Back in 70's we cultvated all our corn. We ran 3 super c's and farmal 200. All in the field all day long with the some if the fields being close to a mile long. At the end of the day your muscles between your shoulders were extremely sore.

Fleet. You have attachments for the tractors. The collection is the fancy paint jobs that no longer have an attachment on the tractor. All those holes on a Farmall tractor frame were meant to have something bolted on it. As to a belt pulley we bolted them on to keep from losing them. What's a little dry rot between friends.

Hey Farmall fanatic another great video. Wanted to ask a question to see if you’d happen to know so I just bought a 53’ super C Sunday and everything works great except for only one issue is on my fast hitch whenever I got to lower the hydraulics it’s very slow and I don’t have very much down pressure at all but whenever I raise them it’s fast with no issue. Would you happen to know what’s going on. Thanks much appreciated.

It doesn't matter how deep you go with the plow on the A, and I rebuilt my 302 in my 73 F100 from the heads up. People shouldn't complain about how people rebuild an engine they should keep their opinion to themselves. I think farmall tractors should have a comfortable seat, and I don't complain about anything that he does . My grandfather had a 1954 farmall H, and it ran really well, and it shot fire out the exhaust pipe when I slowed it down, coming up to the railroad tracks and a 1967 international 806 had 94 horsepower and a 1963 international 460 and a international 856 diesel with a year round cab had 100 horsepower non turbo bueatiful line of red power 👍👍
