Wow, I rate this a 10! I have everything to make this and I can't wait, it's making me drool..... Your videos are perfect, not slow, not fast. One of the things I LOVE is that you can hear everything so well. For instance, slicing the vegetables, how crisp the cabbage was when you put it in the bowl, even pouring water over it and then tamping it down.... OMG!!! Hola. Me gustan mucho sus recetas, su estilo de cocinar es original; como dispensa la sal, como se come los trozos de verdura que no termina de rallar, que ande sin zapatos (en ocasiones).
