I like your recipes, but there's too much oil and butter. With time a person can develop cholesterol. I know someone who had to have a liver operation, because he was eating too fat. Eating healthy means cutting on fat, especially butter.

Wow, I rate this a 10! I have everything to make this and I can't wait, it's making me drool..... Your videos are perfect, not slow, not fast. One of the things I LOVE is that you can hear everything so well. For instance, slicing the vegetables, how crisp the cabbage was when you put it in the bowl, even pouring water over it and then tamping it down.... OMG!!! Every sound just makes me want to eat it even more. I love your recipes and I love watching you cook. They are very inspiring and look absolutely delicious!!!!

Hola. Me gustan mucho sus recetas, su estilo de cocinar es original; como dispensa la sal, como se come los trozos de verdura que no termina de rallar, que ande sin zapatos (en ocasiones). Pero nunca se le escucha y casi nunca se le ve la cara, ni siquiera cuando prueba las comidas. Me da la impresión que sus videos han ganado en rapidez y eso se agradece. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I like anything with cabbage, so will try this as soon as I have ingredients, but will for me, substitute some onion with leek. And if your videos are deemed too slow, the solution is in the watcher's hands... set playback speed faster!

We add some chopped bacon to the cabbage and onion mixture and either have it with a side salad, or with a lovely piece of poached salmon. It is delicious.
