Do you have to paddle 340 miles to complete the Missouri River 340? (tips and secrets)

My feet kill me in just a few miles of sup. But I do l love it. The 340 sounds like a great one to try someday.

I think this race is incredible, and I challenge anyone who thinks they have fortitude to try it. Practice and training first, though.
