gond kateera is beneficial for our health especially in summers. My grandmother usually makes a summer drink with goond kateera . She crushes Ajwain and Put it in milk and add some chill water, sugar , goond kateera (overnight soaked) and ice cubes in it. It is the best summer drink if prepared properly with measurements
