My family must be weird...and I’m grateful to them. New washcloth _and_ towel every day/every shower. We’ve always had a linens-only hamper too because of the volume but it’s normal to us. Growing up and visiting friends was a shock though - seeing that they re-use towels and wash clothes.

My family all swabbed our hands and then grew the bacteria in Petri dishes and mine barely grew but my brothers grew neon orange and blue bacteria. No idea what that means but in the end you will always have bacteria on you no matter how hard you try to get rid of it

I’ve lived for 30 years changing my towel every couple weeks. This video won’t change a thing for me. Your gonna get more sick more frequently if your trying so hard to keep everything clean and hide yourselves for germs. Once you come in contact with germs your chances of getting sick will be higher. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

I washed my towel’sss once a week but I change them every 2 days . I have 10 towels . Also use white towels so you can add Bleach to the washer . it will disinfect a lot of germs.
