No, unless you want to be a manager, and even then it is not necessary. I would only get it if you're trying to go the FAANG route and if you get into a top 10-20 program. To be honest with you even then I don't know that I'd do it.

I have a bachelor's degree in nursing does that help me or hurt me. I have b2b sales experience from years ago.
