No, if.you get sick you are stuck. I have heard 2 cases this week of people.witjout insurance struggling to get health care or being rejected please get a travel insurance separate. Also there are bugs going in Makkah They won't reject you, but your health is important

personally i listen only to Western scholars who know the life in the West. Also as someone with Islamic finance masters, not even the muslim insurances are 100% halal, Allah knows best. You do what is best for you, personally i do have insurance because the hardship of debt is worse for me
