It's so sad to see a good content creator like Zac get so less views. I've noticed Zac's channel getting lot less views compared to before. Zac, I hope you continue to make such amazing, informative and fun content.

It’s CRAZY! I stopped being consistent and got discouraged for a bit but YT isn’t my main source of income so now I’m just doing it for people like you and because I love it

In my opinon this approach works well for guys that have been training for some time and already established a base of newbie gains. Whereas for someone starting out I think it does help to be in a bit more of a surplus, yes there will be additional fat gained depending on body type but that initial increase in weight not only adds muscle, but mentally it is a huge boost for people starting out and seeing progress. This mental aspect is something that a lot of people don't talk about too much. For argument sake, if you are at maintenance or slightly above and you are tracking your weight consistently you might find that your weight barely fluctuates if at all eventhough you are gaining muscle (losing fat but gaining muscle but still same weight). Unless you are used to this it won't affect you but for me personally I am alot more driven when I am working towards gaining weight and seeing it on the scale (within reason of course). Only call out I have with this approach is to also be comfortable with doing the reverse and being able to "Cut" down just as easily. In conclusion, seeing the progress as a quantifiable number is motivating as hell, but make sure it is in control and that the reverse is easily achievable over 12-16 weeks.

great video, is 0.4-0.5kg a weight gain per week too much then?

Hey Zac. Don’t know if you’ll see this or reply but how much weight gain would you expect to see from someone with 8 years of previous weightlifting experience that is coming back from a 2 year plus break? My diet is on point (just a little over maintenance, 200-250 kcal) as is my rest and training.

Does the Supplements have to be ones that you're sponsored by, promote, create or represent?. Shouldn't new clients seek medical advice before commencing a boost to their diet?.
