Yes you usually need it to be a manager or partner. Not necessarily to be a senior though

International tax is much more specialized. You can do very well in this area but you will be very limited to only having this type of role. Also, I would say yes it will because not only are you super specialized but getting to a director or partner level wouldn't be possible

You are referring to US CPA for the local professionals. What about ACCA Licences for international people who apply IFRS ? Do youbthink they should also get USCPA?
