The three thousand that were baptized on pentecost ,it says GOD added them to the church. No sinners prayer can be found in the Bible.

Interesting how Anderson spent his entire message saying that there is nothing one must do. Then he shows him that prayer is what he must do. It is sad how many folks are bamboozled by the II Timothy 4:3-4 fables of belief alone and at the same time a fictional sinner’s prayer. Study, y’all. II Timothy 2:15 Prove it! I Thessalonians 5:21, acts 18:11 Brothers, thank you for obeying the command to expose false doctrines. Ephesians 5:11.

John 9:31 now we know that GOD hearth not sinners; but if any man be a worshiper of GOD, and doeth his will, him he heareth. from KJV. You must do stuff to be heard by GOD. Matthew 7:21 not everyone that saith unto me Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of Heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven. from KJV You must do stuff to enter Heaven. Luke 7:30 but the Pharisees and Lawyers rejected the will " counsel " of GOD against themselves, being not baptized of him. from KJV The will of GOD is for you to be baptized.

Act 16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. - APPARENTLY THEY LIED TO HIM! Act 16:32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. He says that the verse says you just have to believe. He's doing what you call proof texting. You pick your favorite verse. This is the pot calling the kettle black! Mark 16:16 - Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Anyone who has his boarding pass and carry on luggage may board the aircraft. Anyone who does not have his boarding pass can not board the aircraft. ACCORDING TO THE COC ANYONE WITHOUT CARRY ON LUGGAGE COULDNT BOARD THE AIRCRAFT EVEN WITH A BOARDING PASS. Notice verses 17 & 18 that are connected to verse 16 with "and". I suspect they totally reject them. Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can FAITH save him? Believing (faith) involves more than knowing Jesus and who He is. Saving faith will produce "works" and a change in your life. In the Greek there is an article before the second "FAITH" which should have been translated. The translation should read "can SUCH [that] Faith save him. Jas 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. GOOD WORKS COME AFTER WE'RE SAVED BUT JUST AS UNDER THE LAW WE CANNOT MEASURE UP AND JUST AS UNDER THE LAW IF WE FAIL IN ONE COMMAND WE FAIL IN THEM ALL Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. "True biblical faith is going to involve some works of obedience" Old Testament faith involved works of obedience too but it didn't save anyone because they couldn't perfectly obey (not even close) and we cannot either. Works that they did showed that they were right with God (saved as we would put it) but works didn't put them or doesn'tput us in that relationship. "It's not enough to say you have to believe, you have to repent, confess" Everything you HAVE to do for salvation is done within you in your heart and mind even confessing. Everything that is required for salvation is done with the HEART and MIND (BELIEVE, FAITH, REPENTANCE and yes even CONFESSION- [Matthew 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART THE MOUTH SPEAKETH.]) - and not with your feet, your body (walking to and being submerged in water) , water and a baptizer. It's what we believe and are on the inside that saves us not anything we do externally and that is why a person can be saved in the blink of an eye even in the last seconds of their lives. Mat 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART THE MOUTH SPEAKETH. Mat 12:35 A GOOD MAN OUT OF THE GOOD TREASURE OF THE HEART BRINGETH FORTH GOOD THINGS: and AN EVIL MAN OUT OF THE EVIL TREASURE BRINGETH FORTH EVIL THINGS. Mat 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. Mat 23:26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Mat 23:27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Luk 11:39 And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

Act 16:34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, BELIEVING IN GOD with all his house. Why wouldn't he rejoice he was just SAVED. If SALVATION HADN'T COME UNTIL BAPTISM the scripture would read "rejoiced, having been Baptized with all his house". After all if he or a member of his household had somehow died between "BELIEVING IN GOD" and being baptized there would have been nothing to rejoice about. “After he has been baptized - he has believed in God?? Believing is completed after he has been baptized “ Total Nonsense & you know it! The perfect tense in Greek is used to describe a COMPLETED ACTION WHICH PRODUCED RESULTS WHICH ARE STILL IN EFFECT ALL THE WAY UP TO THE PRESENT. You throw Greek around but if you actually knew Greek you'd know that there is NOTHING in the Greek that indicates what time in the past his belief began. Are you trying to say that not only does Baptism save you but it also turns you into a believer? Why on under Earth would a (more than one in this case) non-believer consent to baptism and why would Paul Baptize a non-believer? HE BELIEVED AFTER HE WAS BAPTIZED, HE ALSO BELIEVED AFTER WALKING BACK TO THE HOUSE, AFTER BRINGING THEM INTO THE HOUSE, AND AFTER HE SET MEAT BEFORE THEM. The participle covers the time that he believed and continued up to the present time in this verse but it sure didn't mean that everything contributed to that belief and you know (or should know) that. NONSENSE ---- Joh 3:15 That whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have ETERNAL LIFE. Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. Joh 3:18 He that BELIEVETH ON HIM IS NOT CONDEMNED: but he that BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. "Faith without works is dead" Thats true but works do not save you they just show you are saved!! Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. A husband who says he loves his wife and continually abuses her obviously doesn't love her. A professing Christian that makes no attempt (with Gods help) to live a Christian Life does not have Biblical belief or faith but by the same token one can have faith enough to move a mountain and still fail miserably sometimes - if you don't believe me read the Bible and check on some of it's heroes.. It's what in your heart that counts. If men were capable of being perfectly obedient Christ would not have had to die. In the old Testament once you didnt keep the WHOLE LAW you were guilty of all. Nothing has changed in the New Testament as far as mankind is concerned he's still incapable of keeping Gods Commands and that is why Jesus had to come and die for our sins. In fact the New Testament is even stricter that the Old Testament. Jesus said - Mat 5:28 But I say unto you, That WHOSOEVER LOOKETH ON A WOMAN TO LUST AFTER HER HATH COMMITTED ADULTERY WITH HER ALREADY IN HIS HEART. Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. By the way what would you call the unpardonable sin? Not getting baptized?? Sorry to repeat things but they keep bringing it up. ---- "John 3:5 is about Baptism" Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, HOW CAN A MAN BE BORN WHEN HE IS OLD? can he enter the SECOND TIME INTO HIS MOTHER'S WOMB, AND BE BORN? Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of WATER and of the SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Joh 3:6 That which is BORN OF THE FLESH IS FLESH; and that which is BORN OF THE SPIRIT IS SPIRIT. Nicodemus most certainly didn't take WATER as meaning Baptism or he wouldn't have asked what he did. Please don't say that Nicodemus probably wasn't aware of baptism and that's why he said what he did (though that may be true) because Jesus said - Joh 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? Now I ask you could Jesus have expected Nicodemus to know about Christian baptism as Christ had not really started his ministry yet? However with Joel's prophecy etc. he should have been aware of the Spirit being poured out. Joe 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Joe 2:29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit Jesus says a man must be born AGAIN. Ok Flesh and Spirit. Now I spent 3 years in the 3rd grade studying higher math so I'm pretty sure that one and one makes two (which would be AGAIN) So if you are right then Jesus wasn't very good at math. He should have said "Except a man be born again and again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. FLESH - WATER - SPIRIT Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with WATER unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: HE SHALL BAPTIZE YOU WITH THE HOLY GHOST, and with fire: Luk 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: HE SHALL BAPTIZE YOU WITH THE HOLY GHOST and with fire: Act 1:5 For John truly baptized with water; but YE SHALL BE BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY GHOST not many days hence. ---- Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. "A gift can have conditions" Name a gift that is truly a gift that has a condition tied to it. According to y'all it wouldn't be A CONDITION it would be MANY MANY CONDITIONS starting with baptism and going on to obeying all commands and doing good works. "Wheel chair gift" - I bet they never called it a gift. They may have said we will give you A FREE wheelchair but you will have to travel here to get it. By the way Thank you for your service!! "Guy had to reach out and take it so he had to do something" How rediculous can you be! Salvation isn't done with the flesh it happens in our heart and minds in the twinkling of an eye. Yes we have to believe but that is a heart thing but I do have to admit there is THE WORK we must do. Joh 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Eternal security is biblical when God leaves a person like David or someone that sins he loses fellowship look at Peter Samson Their we’re still sons of God it’s the blood of Christ that gives a man eternal security but will be judged at the Bema seat for his service Eternal security is biblical and a person really saved will never lose his salvation

Mr. Anderson did not tell the whole truth in Acts 16:30 because he just created his own dogma by making people think that all you need do is believe. Let's read the rest of the scriptures he left out in Acts 32-33 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.
