And it depends what you want to do with the vehicle and your lifestyle, The l322 would be way more suited for country life, towing trailers, blending in, going down slippery fields to check fences etc and then just give it a quick wash and it can still go to a ball our a wedding, The l322 does everything, the Audi is an on road car but I would not like to see it with a horse box or cattle trailer on the back our out at a shoot! The Range Rover would look and be way way better at those things, The queen did not use one as personal car for no reason and I dont think you could have seen her getting out of the Audi RSQ8,. Another thing is a Range Rover is still a Range Rover and you know when the conditions get tough its the vehicle to save the day but the Audi, you would not have the same confidence and in 20 years time one will still be a Range Rover ( a tool ) and the audi will be just an old audi.

@@GreenOval_Adventurers Very well said and I’ll like to add that if you like sound and more performance, The Supercharged variants are an option. The 5.0 SC isn’t a slouch for all that weight and only a 6 speed box

@@GreenOval_Adventurers yes they look nice , but that is as far as it goes, they are just money pits when a few years old, and yes I have had and worked on them all my life, I drive a 200 series Landcruiser and it has all the same spec but is 100% reliable

@@georgesemple8136 have loads of Land Rovers and Range Rovers ourselves over the last 20 years, they are actually quite easy to work on and reliable once you understand them and take care of them!

Any car registered before 2006 pays less tax, so a 2002 to 2005 L322 would only pay about £350.

I will be sticking with my 2015 1.6 desiel astra j wich averages 62 mpg and at 60 mph gives 74 mpg but from new hopefully until it is scrap zero £ road tax 😊

This is simply so stupid. You use all sorts of tricks to evaluate cars on road. Not off-road. Yet, they are both off-roaders... Then there's the economy. For all those many 10's of thousands of puunds, I can drive the Range Rover around the globe 100 times, enjoying myself, rather than take money out of the bank, only to see them grabbed by Audi sales guy. What a joke. Not a good video, to say the least.
