I've slept this way my whole life nearly and even at a recent DR trip for another thing, they said I had a great spine and posture. Lol

My favorite position to sleep in 🥴 but I’m training myself not to do that anymore..... my posture is horrible is suffering.

would it be a bad idea to up to sleep with a small/medium pillow up to your chest help with the issue you brought up at 0:25 with the shoulders hunching forward? i have extreme chronic pain right now but my chest naturally hunches forward whenever i sleep even if i’m not in pain so i’ve been using a small/medium pillow against my chest but i haven’t felt any “improvement” per say and i wanna make sure i’m not just making things worse
