I just turn my long form content into shorts and use descript to do it. It's very very quick, usually on an 8 minute video I can find at least 6-8 standalone shorts and probably create all of them and upload them in 20 minutes or so (with the dynamic subtitles) It's a very easy way to get views but they don't convert to many clients. 90% of my clients i'd say come from long form 10% shorts - if they took a long time for me to make I wouldn't bother, but as they are so easy to do they make sense. But yeah, youtubes tough no matter what you do!

Awesome video! The problem is mostly my brain doesn’t work for shorts. I make excellent long form but with shorts I always feel I’m missing something
