DOA FORD F-150 - FIRST START !!! - 1999 4.2 V6 FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT

Replaced pump on 4.2 e150. Engine light came on afterwards rich on both banks. Replaced fuel pressure regulator and fuel trims perfect. Great video

That was a very good purchase. I have a 2000 manual transmission that I just put a fuel pump in it. Also plugs and wires will need to be changed if they haven't already. Plus gas tank recall on the tank straps.

If I can, I have a spare $10 Ebay electric fuel pump, I disconnect the fuel filter and hook the cheap pump to drain tank, takes a bit of time, but it beats wrestling 10 gallons of fuel that's probably bad after sitting for two years. Nice score, everybody needs a going to the dump truck, I don't care who ya are. Sup Dan...

I got an old ford truck, I gotta get going, and you can smell that varnish smell as you near the filler neck. LOL, swear I just parked it a couple months ago, wife said more like 10 years...LOL.

I've had my 4.2 F150 for 6 years now. Was my uncles before then. New GEM module, plugs, wires, coil pack various other odds and ends. Starting to get a long crank and know this is coming. Yikes
