Herro, friends! I finally bit the bullet and splurged on the Doc Martens Jadon Boots 😬 I've been wanting these shoes for quite some time but had a hard time justifying the purchase, since I already have the 1460s from Doc Martens. Needless to say, I am very glad I invested in these boots! Platform shoes are definitely here to stay, and I know I'll wear these shoes for years to come. Hope this review helps you decide whether or not the Jadons you want to purchase them!

I’ve been wanting this pair for about 6 months. After some research, I asked for the vegan version for christmas, since I don’t like buying leather products (only if they’re second hand). After about a month, they came, and were too big. They were also SUPER squeaky, so I decided to do even more research. As much as I hated the idea of it, I decided a pair of genuine docs that fit (my feet are done growing) would be best in the long run, since I plan to wear these well into my 20’s. After 3 months of waiting on the right size to be restocked, I finally managed to order a pair in (hopefully) a size that fits me well. Also, the whole sizing thing wasn’t my fault, since I asked my mom which pair I should get, and she responded with a 9 (because apparently I have big feet to her ?) when i’m actually an 8, and that’s the size I would have gone with. At the same time, I’m kind of glad I ordered the wrong size- it helped me realize that the vegan ones probably weren’t the best option in my circumstance. All of this ranting aside, these are my dream boots, and I can’t wait to wear them with literally everything. Thanks for the review!🖤🕸

I really want the jadon max because I really miss my 5 inch platform that died years ago, I know they're 2 1/2 inches but they still have a very chunky aesthetic while still being more wearable than my old platforms plus they are docs so I know I'll be wearing them for years to come

i just got my jadons size 7. i'm a size 7.5-8 and the size 7 seems a little loose. but i'm too afraid to purchase size 6 from online. tempted but not sure

According to some experienced in dr martens jadon and even some of their employees, add 1cm to your actual foot length.For example. If you have 9 inches or 22.8 cm FL, add 1 cm or maybe 1/2 for extra room.1 inch is not ideal because it's too big and it will make your feet look bigger especially for a 4'10 lady like me. Hehe. And then check their size chart.Measurement is the key because sizes varries. For example, I'm US 7(24 cm) in nike air while I'm US 6 (24.2 cm) in Jadon. If I choose US 7 in docs, it's already 25.1 which is more bigger than my usual size . I will buy my first pair next month.But before you size down, ask yourself. Do you prefer a little bit loose shoes or a little bit tight? Some people like me prefer a little bit tight shoes or boots as long as your toes are not hitting the front part or the snout. As much as possible, I avoid too long shoes since it will make my feet look bigger. That's why I'm so glad that I can possibly fit in size 6 jadon.I hope it can help you.

Me, I'm 4'10 but I will buy next month. Although, I will try to break in US 6 docs since it measures 24.2 cm which is nearer to my US 7(24 cm) nike air. According to my older sister who bought pisa taupe DM, US 7 is so roomy and should size down to US 6 if I buy. We have the same FL. And when I check it in Zalora, US 7 is 25.1. Just add 1cm or 1/2 inch to your actual FL and check the chart.
