Great comment! Any you are asking a 'classic question' as any sane person would ask, and that is expected, so we have no word in our vocabularies to be used for this particular case and in particular manner, and unlike the soldiers fighting against the 'enemies', this former spouse or lover recently turned into an enemy and had 'eliminated' his one-time loyal friend as as a lover, and thus betraying all love and trust on every level, so that is not different from the sick and ruthless animal that had killed Teresa S. And the police investigation had yielded or found out the M.O.M. (i.e., Motive, Oportunity, and Means) on this murder case. ---_ --_---

@@kensmith2796 You... do know thats his job right? Everyone in our country has the right to a defense lawyer. You do understand how many people are falsely convicted right. Mob rule like you seem to wish for is why we have a court system to begin with. If the defense lawyer is not trying every angle then he is not doing his job. Just like of if the prosecutors are not trying to then they are failing. Of course they need to stay within the bounds of the law and not fabricate information. The idea is they both should be trying their hardest to assure their side wins. I just find it mildly funny you think its unacceptable for the defense to try and come up with other reasons for why the murderer might have killed. Because like the prosecutors said. Its all about having faith that a murderer was not lying.I mean every time a killer is found everyone is always like, "Oh they were so sweat, quite, and normal." how do you know the friend that killed his wife was not a crazy dude who got wronged ten years ago and been planning this for that long. There was a lady who baby sat some kids and thought one of them was pretty. Wanted to be like the kid and when the kid was like 16... 10 years later strangled them to become them and everyone was like, "She seemed normal." Point is there is nothing wrong with the defense using speculation if you are going to allow the prosecution to speculate and run a trial on that.

@@pickledragonrebel Exactly. I believe that she eventually started feeling some anxiety being that they disclosed there was trouble in the marriage. She probably began to see him for what he was and he felt threatened by that. Rather than divorce and pay child support in his sick mind he felt killing her would be to his advantage when it comes to his kids, the house and the money.

I believe there were, there was supposedly some infidelity by one or both parties and they were headed for divorce, his lawyer worked for him on his custody case with his wife so they were clearly on the rocks. If it got to that point then I believe she definitely saw some red flags and that is part of why it was ending.

His lawyer ''I start to like the guy, he's goofy''. Dude, you're a lawyer, and it's creepy to like a murderer. And the husband should've taken some acting classes that acting in the interrogation room was awful.🤣

I know lawyers get paid to defend, but MY GOODNESS! I wanted to be a lawyer, but knew I would make no money because I couldn’t take a case where the evidence clearly showed my client’s involvement and they’re trying to plead not guilty to something they’re guilty of. I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I’m helping murderers go free. This lady died for NOTHING. The crazy thing is her husband KNEW he had money in the home, but gave his friend $600 to make the trip to do his bidding. The fact that he didn’t tell him money was there so he could take it to even make it “appear” to be a robbery just speaks to his selfishness and wanting to do away with his wife like trash instead of just divorcing her. He took away his kid’s mother and now they’ll know he was responsible. Now he gets to go to jail. Hope it was worth it!!! His own lawyer said on this video that “he don’t believe Mark gave the go ahead!“. Why would he need to give the go ahead if the defense was that the friend killed the wife because the 2 friends were lovers. By him saying that THE LAWYER, to me indirectly admits, THERE WAS a plot to kill Mark’s wife. 🤔🤔🤔 The audacity of Mark to ask for his life to be spared to save his kids another lose when HE took there “mommy” away. Just him saying “mommy” did something to me. Too much audacity for me. Just because Mark wasn’t PHYSICALLY there doesn’t mean he DID NOT commit an act of violence. He was the orchestrator. He set in motion the events. His friend would have NEVER killed her UNTIL he asked AND THAT is a murderer. If we go by Mark’s lawyers logic then a lot of people in jail now for murder that hired hit men/ women to kill someone need to be freed because they didn’t do the murder themselves. Coward!!!

By him saying that he didn't believe Mark gave the go ahead, he was saying that he didn't believe the husband told the friend to kill her in the first place and his reasoning for the friend killing her was his feelings/obsession for Mark, not lovers. The lawyer did not indirectly admit anything. That makes no sense. And what evidence? They really only had circumstantial evidence and the word of a killer. I mean, I believe the husband did it but there really was no hard evidence. The lawyer is allowed to believe what he does. It just means he was duped by Mark as well.

Correction: it wasn’t a neighbor he called. It was a doctor that she had known for a long time. Mark Sievers called him to drive over there.
