That's actually pretty cheap for Manhattan for a week. Luckily you have your mother-in-law that helped with meals. What a sweet and wonderful person. Those perks from work do help tremendously as well. Those save you close to 50% in the end. Medical professionals deserve those benefits, especially in this day and age. Good luck to you and Andrianna 👍

You’re in high school, so enjoy your life and do what you love to do! Good grades are important but not everything. Do what you love and that will keep you motivated and show on your application later - you have PLENTY of time. I nearly failed High-school. I didn’t want to become a doctor till my sophomore year of college. But hey... here I am as a Medical Student. So make sure you have fun in the process-you can’t get time back.

Working in Brooklyn for almost a year, eating during the day, and transportation costs was my biggest expenses. I spent so much money commuting back and forth I started to bring my lunch to work, and then brought food from downstairs like once a month. So he is right eating out in New York City is expensive.

Sorry I only lasted till Thursday. Cancer survivor here...1. make dozen hard boiled eggs on a Sunday. When you have your am coffee, take one egg and wrap in lettuce leaves. Have same later in afternoon. 2. Add yogurt and fruit snack every day. 3. Eat more salads. Make big bowls of veggies on Sundays and scoop out nice salad to take each day. I can't believe you pay for an iphone but do not invest in your health Doctor! How much did you pay for student loans? Protect your investment. Peace and happy new year.

Hey Dr. Cellini, can you do a video on how the radiology match works? There's some confusion about intern year (PGY-1) and how you have to apply separately, but I've also heard sometimes the radiology residency coordinates the intern year for you? Anyways I think that would help a lot of us who are interested in radiology. You could also talk about major factors for interview selection, tips, etc.

Saw this yesterday and was not up to asking you a question due to recent gall bladder surgery. Since there are so many apartment vacancies in NY currently, why can you not renegotiate your current rental or move to a different apartment. Obviously this could be quite a bit of money back in your pocket. Also wait to get haircuts when you are back in Athens, they are a lot cheaper there.
