Such a cool guitar song, great rhythm guitar and harder than it looks to get it right! Great job..George comes in and does some ringing chiming licks too, I think it was on the SG.

Incredible tutorial on this one. This is by far the best explanation of the composition, rhythm and the picking pattern & the cool way it rocks back in fourth between A7 & D. Keep up the good work!!

great work 👍, I love how after the song intro you think it's in the key of A, then tension is created by vamping on the F#7 chord and then by the end of the verse it resolves to the B chord and then you realise the root key of the song is B !

Thanks for getting into the guitar on Revolver! On the "well well well" part I've used these chord for lead guitar string-fret): B chord 4-4, 3-4, 2-0, 1-2 and E chord 4-2, 3-4, 2-0 ,1-4

Yep I'm sure that sounds good too. As long as you have that b string ringing

what's great about Rubber Soul is it has a few tunes that you sometimes kind of forget about and then you rediscover the song again and it just smashes you in the face at how great it is and Doctor Robert is one of those songs and i tend to rediscover Doctor Robert every 3 years or so and that thrill of rediscovery never gets old , the tune just fires on all 8 cylinders !!!
@walterrizotto86682 жыл бұрын
"Dr Robert" is on the "Revolver" album, not "Rubber Soul".
