As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand upon the multiverse in their Phase 4 installments, and after the incredible use of it in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness had some very high expectations going into its release earlier this year. And, although it may not have included some things a lot of fans were expecting, it was still one of the most successful movies of the year. At the time of this recording, Doctor Strange 2 is the second highest grossing film of 2022, worldwide and domestically, as well as it ranking as the 58th highest grossing film of all time. And among all of the MCU’s theatrical releases, it currently ranks 8th for lifetime domestic gross, and 11th for lifetime gross worldwide. Personally, I really enjoyed Multiverse of Madness and I think it probably ranks in the better half of MCU releases, but let us know in the comments below what you thought of it, and make sure to go check it out if you haven’t already before watching our recap of it.
