Never had acne as a teen but turned 40 and I have fungal acne and hormonal acne. mine is trigged by sugar sweat and stress. I bought Vanicream free and clear dandruff shampoo trying to treat KP but I will use it and my Cetaphil salicylic acid wash on my forehead on alternating days and benzoyl peroxide on my chin for my hormonal cystic acne and buy an oil free moisturizer. I would add oral care is important ad well, especially when wearing a mask. Bring mouthwash to work with you to rinse your mouth after eating lunch if you wear masks at work. A dirty mouth +mask can lead to more breakouts

It would be so great if you would create an online index of ingrediants regarding their safeness. I live in Germany and many of the products you recommend are not available in the local drugstores. If I want to determine whether a product is skin sensitive I have to check all the ingrediants but that is extremely hard for a person that is not well versed in chemistry and dermatology.
