Hi Dr V, YOU ARE SUCH AN AMAZING DOC...I have never understood skincare or how skin care products work until I found your channel. I love my pore vacuum but I am very careful and gentle with it. It does help clear my pores. My dark marks happen mostly from my acne. I use all the liquid exfoliants but found it was not moving the dead skin away from my face enough. I had great luck with physical exfoliant. It’s like everything I was warned against has been working. So I decided to just use these in real moderation.

I want to ask if you can do a video for us (black women) I'm fair skinned (caramel color) who suffer from SK (seborrhoeic keratosis) I've had them professionally removed before maybe twice but now they're everywhere as I'm getting older? I had really bad acne in my teens and 30's and was prescribed accutane which you know is a very strong medication. It cleared my skin beautifully at the time. Now almost 50, I have SK and scarring, irritation, little sagging (jaw line), wrinkles by the eyes. I also live in a cold climate (Wisconsin) what skin care routine do you recommend or where should I start to clear the aging and irritation look? I looked for an email for you but didn't see one in your tabs. Thank you for your response.
