As far as I'm aware, he was human in The Husbands Of River Song, but he got his head severed from his body, and River Song gave him a humanoid robotic body and the mission to watch over The Doctor while he was guarding the Vault.

Oxygen is one of those overlooked very good episodes. Not mind-blowing (though breathtaking... see what I did there ?) but truly well executed. But next week is my favorite of the season (apart from everything finale) so cant wait ! :)

The blue people are called Crespallions. There was a bunch of them in the 9th Doctor's second episode "End of the World" and Dorium Maldovar (the fat blue guy who lost his head) was another.

After Mummy on the Orient Express, Flatline and The Girl Who Died, this is once again another brilliant story from Jamie Mathieson. Capitalism being taken to its extreme like this is fascinating concept to see in a Doctor Who story, plus it has a clever way to resolve the situation. Pearl Mackie's performance in this episode was incredible, and that ending was unexpected!

Good episode imo . I like how it shows capitalism being taken to its extreme that even breathing is monetized . The performances are good aswell , especially Capaldi and Pearl Mackie . The Doctor being blind was a hell of a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see your reactions to the next three episodes atleast !!.

The doctor should have a full set of regenerations now after the time lords reset them for 11 to regenerate into 12, so I feel like healing river or using the energy on Davros shouldn’t effect his healing abilities I don’t remember if they give an explanation for why he can’t heal.

Just so you know, if someone doesn't have glazed eyes, it doesn't mean that they aren't blind. That is just a misconception that has been created by most portrayals of blindness in Hollywood.
