All my life I've always thought we are taught many things however our vessel that sees us through this life we know nothing about, i think we should always know about our bodies & how to look after them imo should be taught in schools so a big thanky you for this much needed knowledge!!🙏🙏🙋

Thanks so much! Due to a head injury as a teenager (I’m now 76), my cervical vertebrae do not curve properly. (I was shown the X-rays). I also had a concussion resulting in a lifetime of auditory dyslexia. (I hit the back of my head full force on the corner of a cement curb). I realize the exercises here are for normal neck and head structures, but what the hell, they can only help 🤩

Thanks a lot Doctor. I have been suffering from various orthoneural issues like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, numbness in feet , hands . I underwent a small procedure near TMJ in last April . The part you showed below ear is swelled . Following your 1st exercise and the one for pressing below ear I can feel some immediate positive impact. I have stiffness in fingers which are swift now . I shall practice and let you know the improvement after a week.
