I cannot tell you how many successful interviews I had where I came out crying!! Honestly, we are our harshest critics and the science shows that in highly stressful situations, our memories are not as accurate as we think they are. This whole journey is maybe something to reflect on because the doctorate will definitely test your self-belief and self-confidence and clearly you ARE CAPABLE!! Remember that!! So happy for you xx

Do we need to know how to formulate using specific models at interview, or are we better of reflecting on cases?

It really depends on the course but I think for most courses you need to formulate. I chose CBT and narrative because I'm most comfortable with those models. I also reflected on 2 clinical cases :)

We have to take part in research so they need to know we have the basic maths skills to understand mathematical concepts!
