I’ve tested many recipes but yours is definitely a winner! I always worry that i over mix with the mixer but I think the hand whisk method works better! They came out perfect!❤ Thanks a million!

Yes, they do make a three-quarter cup measuring cup. I get mine and I set on Amazon that also comes with magnetic measuring spoons that stay together. The handles are color coordinated which is fantastic because I have a visual impairment. Also, have you ever done the trick with cake mix where you add instant pudding to the mix? I do that a lot. It seems to really help with the moisture content

Thank you 😊, this looks delicious 😋 Maybe a strawberry doctored cake recipe can be next. Like strawberry shortcake crumble 🤤

So damn good..this is the only recipe I’m using..this was a hit..and not spongy like other recipes..this came out soft moist and flaky like a homemade cake…no one believed this was a doctored cake ❤❤❤❤ I refrigerated it for one day and man oh man 💕💕💕

Girl! When I was a kid, my mom had a 3/4 cup measuring cup. I'm 47 now, and I still miss it! Also, I will do everything I can to prevent sifting. 😂

King Arthur sells a set of odd size measuring cups and spoons. I have them and love them.

I have a few sets that don't have 3/4 cup, but my Tupperware does. I've seen others. It's weird they aren't in all sets.

Hi, thank you for this video! As for the eggs, sour cream, and buttermilk, should these be room temperature before adding cake mix? Thank you in advance ☺️
@carenjones37592 жыл бұрын
Yes they should be at room temperature

Thank you so much for this video!!! You always have great tops. Is there anyway you can do one for a lemon box cake mix and strawberry? Can we use the same measurements?
@NeuroticMomBakes3 жыл бұрын
I’m definitely going to do more of these tutorials and figure out how to infuse lemon and strawberry and other flavors

You don’t want to overmix? What are you talking about, you are suppose to beat air into it for 2 mins.
@NeuroticMomBakes2 жыл бұрын
Nope. Not when you make a cake from scratch or Doctored a cake mix. If you overmix you will have tough cake with a bad texture
