I have the privilege of calling Carvin Jones a good friend of mine. He called me to play drums for him for a few years in the mid 2000s. He thought enough of my drumming to have me play with him. That was enough! I'm a far better mechanic than I ever will be a drummer but this was the highlight of my musical endeavors! I got to play with Carvin and a couple of great bassists, Bill Troxell and Joe Edwards.

You gotta be kiddin' me. I've seen him live several times and he blew me away. Eric Clapton really rates this guy. Like most Blues players - you have to see them live to appreciate what they can do.

I had the best seat in the house for a few years... Playing drums behind him all over the Greater Phoenix area! Such a fun gig! Glad you enjoyed the show! I was a fan before he called me to play with him.
