In reality Palestinians have been attacked for last 75 years of their existence and that attack and the oppression has not ceased, and it has not stopped. Israel has always been the aggressor Israel has always been the instigator, the propagator. The Egyptian border crossing at Raffah crossing remained open for Human Rights Watch to enter into Gaza. Gaza chose to be independent since 2005 and there was no IDF occupying force in Gaza since that date. Apartheid, the political project of separate development and self determination, was chosen by the Palestinians in Gaza. The Gazan's elected Hamas to govern them. but Hamas chose to rather use humanitarian aid to buy weapons and build tunnels and command structures under homes, schools, kindergartens, scout halls, mosques and hospitals. Hamas raped, maimed, tortured, murdered and abducted Israeli civilians on 7/10 and their leadership threatened to do it again and again and again. Isreal has the right to defend itself. The death of any innocent civilian is a tragedy.
