Documents needed for getting married in Indonesia 2020 | Menikah BEDA NEGARA (Kashmiri - Indonesian)

The documents needed from the foreign partner, who wants to get married in indonesia, are as-
1. Single status certificate
2. Valid visa
3. NOC for getting married from the concerned embassy
4. Indonesian translation of ‘NOC by a sworn translator’
5. ‘Residence certificate in favor of the foreigner’ issued by the concerned police post of Indonesian partner
PS: Other than these KUA also asks for IDs of your parents, so make sure to keep copies of their IDs. Also make sure to keep a lot of photocopies of above documents. Also keep handy your coloured photographs with blue background with sizes 4x6cm and 3x4cm.

To get NOC you book an appointment with the embassy online. The noc is processed in 2-3 days You can collect it alone, however if your future spouse is present, would be better. Parents permission is subject to the mood of the embassy people, they didn't ask it from me.

Then you need to state in the single status certificate that you are divorced and not married at present. Keep the divorce certificate with you as a precaution.

Walikum salaam! If you try to make documents in Kashmir the process ia very long, and you Will still need to visit Delhi for MEA attestation. So better do it in Delhi.

In Delhi this process will take you only 2 or 3 days and will cost around 10,000 rupees. In kashmir you need attestation from ADC and Home department. After that you need to get it attested from MEA. So better contact an agent in Delhi and save your time and energy.
