Here at DocWob, we do so much more than build bikes. In this week's episode, we take you on tour with us as we visit round nine of the MXGP in Teutschenthal, Germany. The main purpose of our visit is to check in with the teams using our DocWob Titanium. We have worked with Factory teams for years developing the product and the range on offer. All our titanium parts are tested with GP teams before we put them on general sale. There is no difference between what these guys use and what you purchase. We take you with us on the WobCam as we check in with our teams, and there is plenty of them to visit, including HRC Honda, Factory Kawasaki, Standing Construct, Gebben Yamaha, Factory Gas Gas, F&H Kawasaki and Nestaan Husqvarna to name a few!
We catch up with old friends, including my mate Roger Harvey from HRC Honda. We take you behind the scenes in the paddock and check in with the teams about what is working and what needs developing for the future. We are always in R&D mode, and as an upshot of our visit, you will see some new tools being developed - watch this space! We look at some pretty trick machines and discover what I think is the coolest thing ever! You will have to check out the episode to find out what it is, but let me say this, it is something I have never seen before in all my years in the industry, and I think it's mega, well deserved and a huge step into the 21st century for the world of motocross.
It was a fairly whistle-stop tour, as we have some bikes to build for a race coming up!

When the mechanics bolt the bikes together with your ti bolts , how many rides , practice, qualifying, and races will a set last before being replaced,

They go through rigorous testing before even seeing a single bike at factory level.
