dodie, i adore your music and lyricisms very much! i appreciate artists like you on youtube that sustain the 'music from my bedroom' aura from the early 2010s; it's got a wholesome yet melancholic feel to it. this 'new original song each month' idea was real clever, and i do hope you'll continue to do it next year as well. have a splendid day! :D

I immediately imagined a cutscene while listening to this where this song would be playing while all the characters would be shown one by one and each of them would be dealing with their problems: one could be saying their final goodbye to someone they love, one could be dying, one could be running away, one could be crying or breaking down in their room,, it's amazing how much your music inspires other people to be creative 💚

Your music always makes me feel my own emotions (and most of them i'm not even aware I have). Ever since I was a teen, your music made me feel comforted and seen because everything I felt was expressed so painfully beautiful and sincere. And years by, even now, I find myself still crying in my bed at 3 am to one of your new songs! :,) It reminds me of the child I've been that was so, so desperate to be seen and icluded, while everything and everyone was out of reach, so all I could do is lay in my bed and hope, pray for a chance to become something taller than myself one day. Thank you for being there for me, dodie xx ❤
