Dodge Challenger Hellcat - 0-300 km/h Acceleration

Watch the 707 hp Hellcat go from 0-300 km/h.The tach is not really accurate, it´s underestimating the speed by around 10-15 km/h at Vmax, so this is more like 310-315 km/h rather than 300 km/h. We discovered that issue while using our VBox telemetry system the day before.

FEGTTTSDH civic was around .27 if i remember right. The form drag is pretty high on american cars including mustangs, challengers and camaros. Even the corvette is above 0.3!

The closest thing you have to a 2015 interpretation of a 1968 muscle car. Insanely big, huge engine & crazy tuning parameters, power for eons and scary power oversteer handling tendencies. Not my cup of tea, but hugely impressive Dodge managed to make it happen even under the eyes of EPA and Federal mandates.

Tengo un challenger hellcat, sin duda es hermoso, divertido y potente. Pero el Problema es que no es auto para todos ya que es muy difícil de controlar con el launch control derrapa un chingo. Atheryos you can adjust everything to your liking. You can have the speed in km/h or mph or the temperatures for coolant in celsius or fahrenheit :) We are from Germany so the speed was set to km/h. The only thing that has to be changed is the analog speedo on the right, but the digital informations can be changed on the move within the settings :) hope we could help you and let us know if you are buying the car :) and if your buying in the us, the speedo is set to mph anyway ;)

Has anyone ever provide a full video review of the functionalities of the JEEP SRT. For example, audio, navigation, engine, steering (driving in straight-line), body inspection, memory settings, wipers, and etc. I have completed some research, and I have never seen so many SRT for resale (Whether JEEP or Dodge). I did made some phone calls to sellers, and did get some feedbacks regarding functionality issues. Let me know what you think. From what I understand, these are all BAILOUT vehicles. Safety is a concern.

if I have that money for such car or fuel consumption , I would buy that car without any compromise to any European sport car like m4 or amg etc...it shouldn't have to be fastest on track etc... but I am really disappointed about high speed acceleration, it is not like 700 ps.. I know aerodynamics etc...it is a muscle car, it shouldn't have to be pure technology.... still amazing and unique...

at what point is it not accurate? When you are doing 5 kph you say you are really doing 15? Or are you saying only when you get to 300 all of a sudden you are doing 315?

Jack Spratt the higher the speed the more inaccurate tachs get! with AMGs for example it is 3 kmh per 100 km/h. The top speed of an S63 AMG is 300 with the optional drivers pack, the limiter steps in at 309 km/h according to the tach, which is 300 km/h measured with VBox :) Cheers André
