Dodge Challenger Scat Pack DB Drive System Install, 3k 10'' Subs and Wdx 3000.1 Amplifier

We Installed 2 Db drive WDX 3k 10'' subs in a rhino lined ported sub box ran of a Db drive WDX 3000.1 Amplifier! Ran using OFC db link amp kit.

Nice install! Although those subs are wayyy underpowered theres no way you are getting close to 3000 watts from that small amp, even their sa line of amps barely put out 1500 and was rated for 3000

crazy coop it’s a 3000watt max amp so should be doing 1500rms and the subs don’t have a rms rating but from experience they are around 750rms each so everything should be pretty close to where it needs to be

SullivanDesigns My bad haha I thought the 10s wouldve had the same rms as the 12s but it says the 12s are 1500 and the 10s are 750, but still great job on the install 👍

The WDX LINE IS THEIR TOP LINE THAT AMP REALLY DOES PUSH RATED POWER IF YOU FEED IT ENOUGH POWER IM SURE HE HAD TURNED DOWN FOR BREAK IN PURPOSES

Any issues since you installed these? Looking to do something similar on my 2019. Just wondering if the line converter has gone out or any sound issues etc.

Always put your sub closer to trunk to get better base in challengers . .

Ivan Santiago Yes that’s why we had to use a rca line converter to grab signal
