I agree, people who think you can pull over in time for a vehicle going 130 mph, probably don't have a driver's license. They will be past you before you even know it. I guess if you really feel strongly about pulling over, every time you see a speeding vehicle you could assume they are being chased and quickly move to the right, but you would probably still get caught off guard. Plus what if the cop is driving on the shoulder, which is very common. If you pull over, you will cut him off on the shoulder. Best thing to do is stay calm and don't make any sudden moves. It will all be over in a few seconds.

There are more black Dodge Chargers in Arkansas than all of the other states combined. They are very fast. They are very hard to catch. The pursuit officers wear track shoes in order to quickly return to their car when the suspect drives away. The Charger drivers ofen become local heroes. Arkansas pursuit officers can pit you regardless of the speed you are driving. This makes for a very exciting climax to your adventure.

What happened to people pulling over for lights and sirens on emergency vehicles? Here it's the law! If someone's on the shoulder, you MUST get into the left lane; unless it's 3 or 4 lanes. You must be in one of the lanes furthest from the shoulder! It includes ALL Interstates and highways (2 lane highways; only when possible). MN and ND law!
