I noticed my truck is slightly higher on the driver side rear than it is on the passenger side is yours the same way?

Some trucks do that with time. Best to get new coils.

Thanks for posting this. I'm about to do the same to the exact truck, just a 1999 model. Did you have to disconnect the rear shocks at any point?

No I did not have to disconnect the rear shocks. There is enough movement in them to do everything you need.

So the top hole is for 2 inches and the bottom hole is for the 1 inch drop?

I think it is one inch or inch and a half.

There are not lift shackles, you need a pair of block for the leaf spring

If your shackle is going up to the leaf from the frame like mine they should work for you. I believe they didn’t change anything until 2003
