Great review man! I took possession of my Redeye back on April 17th, gave it up for 2 weeks at detailer for paint correction and duel layer Modesta coating. Car looks absolutely amazing and I managing to proper break in up to 642 miles before heading back to work overseas. I never played with any of the features and never deactivated traction control. Summer tires and Florida hot weather still allowed the car to get out of shape when I changed lanes at WOT on the highway. I thought the car was fast during break in, but the first time I allowed it to redline through 2 gears,..I knew insane was a better word for the car. So blessed to have finally achieved my Challenger obsession.

Was thinking about getting a new GT 350 but a stop at my local Dodge dealership changed my mind. I test drove a new Scat Pack with the shaker that had 485 HP. I absolutely loved driving that car. Definitely getting a new wide body challenger next year. Just loved the acceleration and how solid that car felt

Love that intro and the music! Things I might do on my Redeye : diff brace, rear strut bar .. both helped on my Scat Pack with wheel hop and keeping the rear straight. I had put a Toyo Proxis 4 plus right before I traded it in, got a real good launch I. 20 degree weather. So maybe between the bracing and different tires I can launch better. I just tap the pedal on the Redeye and I light up this 275s lol I should have added the widebody option lol

well then he should've 'known' that: A lower axle ratio results in lower engine rpm and better efficiency BUT a numerically higher ratio improves acceleration --- IMPROVES ACCELERATION being the operative words here, not the standard gears that it comes with

I've been interested in purchasing the SRT hellcat widebody for a while now. I'd be trading in my RRS supercharged V8, which I LOVE. I'm curious, do you feel this vehicle plants the power quite well? What I dont understand is the purpose launch button. If you dont hold the brake hard enough the car will still spin. So why does that button exist if all you have to do is hold brake and rev?

I believe the trans in that car is the BMW zf 8 speed the best transmission with a torque converter right now it's very efficient to and shifts are extremely fast and smooth
